Warranty Information
- All sales are final.
- Time estimates are subject to the manufacturer's availability.
- All installations, including partial installations, require full payment at the time of installation.
- If the customer cannot provide access for installation or accommodate receipt of the product, the full balance will become due after 7 days have passed from the time of Elite Blinds first attempt at contact for installation or delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the choice of product, style, color, and controls of their window covering product.
- A 90-day warranty goes into effect after completion of service. Labor and service are free within that 90-day span for the purpose of enforcing warranty repairs. After 90 days, a minimum of $85 plus tax will be applied for labor and service required to enforce warranty repairs.
